Event Requirements

  • The Lighthouse is not an all-inclusive, full-service event property. Food and beverage are not included.

  • All vendors must be hired separately. Vendors must be pre-approved and able to provide applicable certificates, licensing, and insurance.

  • Clients must obtain a separate Certificate of Insurance (COI) to cover the day(s) of the event.

  • Clients must comply with noise ordinances and curfews, as we are in a residential area.
