Exclusive access to the entire property for twelve hours the day of your event for up to 120 guests, included in your wedding package.

Wedding Coordination & Event Management
Service that goes a step above
Included in the Wedding Package, you’ll be assigned a dedicated Lighthouse Wedding Coordinator who will be a guide and support throughout your Lighthouse journey.
In addition to the Initial Consultation, your Coordinator will facilitate two 90-minute coordination meetings, assist you with hiring vetted vendors and selecting your rentals, and create your professional Floorplan and Lighthouse Event Outline.
Your Coordinator will be a point person for you and your vendors, distributing key documents to the entire team to ensure everyone is on the same page leading up to and through the wedding day. They’ll conduct a pre-wedding inventory check-in of your personal items and decor to make sure everything is accounted for, and will coordinate your on-site wedding rehearsal if applicable.
Your Coordinator will be on site for the full event and, along with a Coordinator’s Assistant, will ensure the seamless execution of your celebration. They will oversee the flow of the timeline, confirm logistics such as rental orders, placement, and vendor arrivals and departures, and will guide you, your guests, and vendors as needed so everything runs smoothly.
